Revista UFG

Revista UFG is a scholarly journal affiliated with the Office of the Vice President for Extension and Culture (PROEC) of the Federal University of Goiás. Since 2019, it has adopted a Continuous Publication System (rolling pass) and has been published exclusively online since 2014. The journal is maintained, funded, and edited by the university under an open-access model. Founded in 1997, it has national and international circulation and aims to contribute to reflections on the cultural sphere and university extension as producers of scientific knowledge. Linked to teaching and research processes, it seeks to promote the dissemination of new knowledge, including that arising from artistic and cultural events, as well as extension projects and programs.

Published works are presented in an inter- and multidisciplinary format across various fields of knowledge, such as: Education; Teaching; Communication; Human Rights and Justice; Culture; Environment; Health; Technology and Production; Labor; Letters; Linguistics and Literature. Original submissions are accepted in Portuguese, Spanish, French, and English in the forms of original (theoretical) articles related to university extension and visual essays. Texts may address specific aspects of a given field of knowledge or adopt an inter- and multidisciplinary approach, taking into account methodology, theoretical framework, and bibliography.
