This article aims to analyze how the multi-career experience of Brazilian artists prepares them to work in the U.S. artistic market. Using a qualitative approach, supported by literature review and case studies, it investigates the role of informal education, self-management, and versatility as factors of professional development. Drawing on authors such as Bourdieu, Freire, and Giddens, it is argued that the "Brazilian way" can be understood as a creative competence valued globally. It is concluded that hybrid trajectories, although little recognized institutionally in Brazil, represent a competitive advantage in more structured contexts.
