This text was written as the outcome of an event held at the Federal University of Goiás on distance education and teacher formation during which questions were raised by participants and are now being problematized collaboratively. In this meeting of minds, we propose to do more than just answer the questions raised. We propose to decode and encode concepts and principles of education as a practice of freedom mediated by free and open educational technologies.Downloads
