THE DEMOCRATIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL POLICIES: FIELD OF STRUGGLE DEMARCATING THE INDIVIDUALS, PROCESSES, AND PROPOSITIONS AT THE NATIONAL POPULAR EDUCATION CONFERENCE (CONAPE)

This article’s purpose is to address the National Popular Education Conference (Conape, 2022) having as main points both, the state democratization and the educational policies’ proposals. In this manner, the article discusses the construction and materialization process of Conape (2022), its subjects, procedures and propositions. Through the analyzes of different stages, resulting on the national level of the conference, this article indicates the richness of the effective social participation, which among other things, unveils the consolidation of the National Popular Education Forum (FNPE) as a collective actor of struggles and propositions in the educational field.
