Iniciação Científica e Tecnológica no Ensino Médio no Âmbito dos Institutos Federais: Práticas, Desafios e Contribuições Formativas

The present study has two main goals: to identify the main formative contributions and challenges related
to scientific initiation in High School, and to present a proposal of a methodological path integrated with
software to assist teachers and students in systematizing the construction of research projects within the
scope of Federal Institutes. This is qualitative research, of a bibliographic and descriptive nature. The
methodological procedures involve compiling a corpus of studies available at the Biblioteca Digital
Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações [Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations], from 2018 to
2022, analyzed using the Content Analysis method. The results point to a set of dimensions, academic,
personal, technological, institutional and investigative that impact the development of institutional actions,
teaching, learning, mediation and guidance, during the process of scientific and technological formation.
