The ways of disseminating European musical pedagogies in the first half of the 20th century are multifaceted. The pedagogies of Dalcroze, Kodály, Willems and Orff are notable not only in their countries of origin. This work aims to contextualize these pedagogies, problematizing them in an intercultural perspective and reconfiguring their potentialities in current pedagogical-musical practices. Through bibliographic research, it sought to elucidate issues related to the multiple dimensions of the interface between education and interculturality, and to European musical pedagogies. We concluded that Dalcroze, Kodály, Willems and Orff, as they consolidate living musical practices, build bridges for personal creative activities and outline significant musical experiences nowadays.
