Abstract

This article aims to bring theoretical and philosophical reflections that can be applied to the training curriculum of countryside educators, aiming at the valorization of musical knowledge and practices that guide the cultural practices in communities that make up the rural peoples. Applied to the course to the Countryside Education Degree, which brings together in its practices methodologies such as pedagogical alternation and the principles of Popular Education, we think of the orientation of the process of knowledge construction to analyze other Musical Logics that meet the specificities of the curriculum. In this sense, it is proposed to bring together Other Pedagogies, Sociologies, Histories, and Anthropologies to constitute a dialogical, emancipatory and liberating space.

José Jarbas Pinheiro Ruas Junior, Universidade Federal do Tocantins, Palmas, Tocantins, Brasil

bacharel em Música (2010); mestre em Música (2013); e doutorando em Música pela Escola de Música da UFRJ. Atualmente é professor assistente na Universidade Federal do Tocantins na Licenciatura em Educação do Campo: Artes Visuais e Música.
