UMA ANÁLISE A CERCA DOS PARECERES DAS UNIVERSIDADES DE MINAS GERAIS NO ANO DE 2019

This article aims to analyze the notes and opinions issued by the University Councils of the Federal Institutions of Higher Education (FIHE) of Minas Gerais about the Entrepreneurial and Innovative Institutes and Universities - FUTURE-SE Program presented in 2019. The problem what is central to the research is to analyze whether the project has already been rejected or whether the Universities presented questions and suggestions for possible acceptance of the program. As for the methodology, a qualitative research was carried out. Regarding the objective, the research can be classified as descriptive, focusing on the use of bibliographic based research and on the analysis of documents provided on the IFES websites. It is concluded that the majority of the IFES rejected or had reservations about the program.
