Abstract

The article in question aims to understand education and digital technologies in a context of the pandemic, from the cognitive operators of complex thinking proposed by Edgar Morin (2011,2015), presenting the three principles of rewiring of learning: the dialogic, the recursive and the holographic. Regarding education and digital technologies, considerations about authors who refer to this term are highlighted, such as Leão (2020); Pires (2018) Santaella (2011); Schwab (2016,2018), considering in education and digital technologies a context of teaching and learning can be thought together with complex thinking considering that our society is in constant evolution and transformation.
