Abstract

This text deals with the experience obtained in the dynamics of university extension, called Integration Seminar, held between the Bachelor's Degree in Rural Education of the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (LEDUCAMPO/UFMS) and the Bachelor's Degree in Rural Education of the Federal University of Grande Dourados (LEDUC/UFGD). Its objective is to understand how the socialization of experiences contributes to the initial training process of rural teachers. We have carried out a synthesis of the reports given by teachers, academics and representatives of the social movements of landless workers, indigenous leaders and quilombolas, who participated in the aforementioned extension action regarding the resistance that the bachelor's degrees exert on the State and capital, to guarantee the maintenance and expansion of the bachelor's degrees. The arguments are based on the Historical-Dialectical Materialism method. Socializing knowledge allowed the academics to understand the need for actions that interrelate the school, the students and the community.
