CHALLENGES AMONG UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
Professional adaptability and search for self-esteem
Keywords:
Career adaptability, emotional intelligence, self-esteemAbstract
The work is a review of an international scientific article, published in a relevant journal - International Journal of Adolescent and Youth. The original work was published in English, in the United Kingdom, in a journal whose scope is to identify, examine and compare issues, problems and social policies related to young students around the world. As a practical contribution, we emphasize that this journal deserves the attention of researchers and professionals in the Greater Area of Human Sciences. Reviews are great agile and analytical scientific tools for producing, socializing and sharing instructive study materials for academic and professional environments, highlighting the main points of a work, saving resources for its readers. An academic and critical review aims to interpret a scientific publication with the aim of generating discussions, insights, or even the decision to consume the original work itself. It is believed that the social and practical contributions of the project stimulate the circulation of cutting-edge knowledge, extension and research activities and greater exchange between the academic community.
