This article is an excerpt from an ongoing doctoral research in education that presents a discussion about the literary artistic (trans)form(action) of teachers working in pre-school at the municipal public network of a tonw in the interior of Mato Grosso. The reflections follow the paths of relational processes between researchers, research collaborators, researched people (teachers) and the (mis)encounters that are established in the process of collaborative research-form(action). It presents results from the systematic literature review, focusing on the gaps that still exist in the training of teachers for literary actions. Based on questionnaires, initial and final evaluation, it presents reflections from field research that reveal the different alterities that make up the process. The text is supported by the discussion about research in human sciences from the Bakhtinian perspective of language and children's literature, as a humanizing process.
