The agenda’s content points to a new type of human formation and guarantees of rights in work. For its development, it was used the bibliographic search in documents, like the 2030 Agenda, and in autores like Mészáros (2007); Idalgo, Correia and Medina (2019); and Marx (2017). This first study points to the need of enlargement on the searchs about the subject, seeking to reveal the contradictions and the challenges that the agenda’s proposal imposes on the member countries that sig-ned it and, specifically, its implantation here in Brazil.
