About the Journal
THE JOURNAL
The journal Contabilidade & Inovação (known as RCI), founded in 2021, ISSN 2764-3336, belongs to the Federal University of Goiás and is managed by the Accounting, Innovation & Society Laboratory, in portuguese, Laboratório de Contabilidade, Inovação e Sociedade (LACIS/UFG).
RCI is an open access, free and unrestricted journal that will publish permanently, in a continuous flow, scientific research with potential theoretical, practical and social impacts.
As for scientific products published by the journal, the following are accepted:
Scientific researches;
Reviews;
Essays;
Case reports.
MISSION:
The journal Contabilidade & Inovação (RCI)'s mission is to contribute to scientific dissemination in the regional, national and international context, publishing research that seeks to expand theory and have well-defined practical and social contributions.
FOCUS
The journal Contabilidade & Inovação (RCI) have focus on publishing different works and methodological approaches, which revels discoveries in the management area.
PRIORITY PUBLISHING AREAS
The RCI Editorial Board established the following topics as priority areas for publishing:
Accounting and its role in society.

Qualitative Studies in the context of Management.
Education and Research in Accounting.

TARGET AUDIENCE
RCI's target audience is composed of researchers, teachers, undergraduate and postgraduate students and others interested in improving their knowledge in the field of management.
PERIODICITY
The flow of RCI submissions is uninterrupted with continuous publication. There is one volume per year.
TEXTS PROCESSING FEE
RCI does not charge any fees for submitting or publishing texts.
