INTERDISCIPLINARITY: A PRIORITY FOR MUSIC TEACHING

The present work is a theoretical text where the following aspects are described: the conceptualization of the term interdisciplinarity, a brief exposition of an alleged interdisciplinary methodology, the basic presuppositions for the carrying out of both a research and an interdisciplinary action as well as its applicability in music teaching. The theoretical foundation for the research can be found in the knowledge transmitted by Ivani Fazenda, Y. Lenoir and G. Fourez, among others.Keywords: Interdisciplinarity; Music teaching; Research.
