Abstract

This study presents a brief delineation of Manuel Bandeira’s poem The star amalgamated to a musical structure from composer Lindembergue Cardoso’s point of view. It aims to sketch the poet’s and the composer’s profile as to what concerns the elements that formed their creative abilities.
