Abstract

This research deals with the application of International Regimes in the Human Rights of Refugee Children in Brazil in the 21st century and its implications in the educational field. Then, the research aims to understand the consolidation and internalization of basic educational rights and the social integration of children. Still, it shows itself as a bibliography study based on documentary research in the area, whether by legislation, doctrines and treaties. Finally, it was concluded that the country has legally applied international agreements in a formal aspect, however, it is poorly developed in terms of public policies, unified legislation and effective protection for these individuals.
