OS SIGNIFICADOS DA EDUCAÇÃO, MODALIDADES DE PRÁTICA EDUCATIVA E A ORGANIZAÇÃO DO SISTEMA EDUCACIONAL

O texto pretende explicitar os significados do termo educação recorrendo à sua origem etimológica, a algumas definições clássicas e à crítica dessas definições com base na dialética materialista. Propõe uma definição da educação nessa perspectiva para, em seguida, identificá-la como objeto de estudo da ciência pedagógica. Aborda as modalidades de educação (informal, não-formal, formal), seus sentidos de instituição, produto e processo e as formas de integração e articulação dessas modalidades, levantando ideias para a setorização do sistema educacional.Downloads
