Resumo

Objetiva mapear a produção científica sobre mentoring e gestão da diversidade na base de dados Scopus, com o recorte temporal de 2009-2018, para identificar práticas organizacionais que se relacionam à integração social e ao compartilhamento de conhecimento como suporte ao processo de aprendizagem em empresas globais. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa viabilizada pelas técnicas de estudo bibliométrico e análise contextual. Os resultados evidenciando o mentoring como alternativa para a promoção da diversidade e diminuição das barreiras a grupos minoritários, especialmente na educação e formação profissional em saúde. Não ficou demonstrada a intenção específica da aplicação das temáticas pesquisadas para facilitar o processo de integração social e aprendizagem organizacional, uma vez que somente as funções psicossociais de suporte e orientação do mentoring, de caráter espontâneo, foram identificadas. Três dimensões da relação entre mentoring e gestão da diversidade puderam ser levantadas e essas poderão subsidiar estudos futuros, sendo: Práticas de integração social e de compartilhamento de conhecimento; Mentoring formal e Mentoring como estratégia inclusiva, de desenvolvimento de competências sociais e emocionais em grupos considerados minoritários.
