A formação do leitor a partir de práticas de letramentos literários em contexto escolar

The present study has as its theme the literary reading practices and the reader formation at the Basic
Education School Manoel Vicente Gomes, in Major Gercino - SC. The demand identified for this
investigation is the lack of access to literature books that awaken students to the development of literary
reading practices. Thus, the objective is to understand how the incentive to read literature of interest to
students can contribute to the reader formation in a public school. The data presented summarize the
characteristics of the school community declared in the computerized school management system of the
network and the reading sheets and, above all, compile the reflective diary proposals written by the students.
The reader formation must be present in the pedagogical proposal of the school in the long term and always
with a view to investing in meaningful content for the student and providing time and space for reading.
