The present work is the result of the internship experience for the major of psychology teachers. Its objective is to
debate the role affective in the formative process of educators, based on the contributions of the wallonian
psychogenetics and other critical studies in the field of Education. This theme was designed based on the
experiences and reflections of the relationships that were built in the day-to-day of classroom, throughout the short
training course “The importance of the auxiliary of educational activities in the teaching and learning process in
Early Childhood Education”, given in the months of September, October, and November of 2019, whose aim was
to stress the relationship between Psychology and Education, as well as between Individual and Society. We
highlight the complexity of the pedagogical work, which depends on complete and contextualized person, and that
is, therefore, markedly affective. In addition, we emphasize the importance of the internship for the training of
education professionals committed to the discussions of public and social policies, with the values of solidarity
and citizenship, capable of reflecting, expressing and building, in a critical and creative way, new contexts of
thoughts and actions both of and at the interface between Psychology and Education.
