The present work provides a vision of the Geography that is taught and learned in secondary school in Spain. This paper emphasizes the relationships between educational regulations, textbooks, and teaching practice. Likewise, it also incorporates the evaluation tests for access to university degrees and the system of access to the public function of the teaching staff for secondary high school. This panorama is also contextualized in the current situation of COVID-19, which has fostered the bimodality of the teaching and learning processes, characterized by mixed training, face-to-face and virtual classes (both synchronous and asynchronous). All this makes it possible to understand what school Geography is being taught and will be taught.
