This article sets out to investigate educational proposals involving music and science from a STEAM perspective and, on the basis of the information acquired, to suggest new activities in the same niche. The systematic review tracked articles published between 2010 and 2021 on the Web of Science and Scopus databases, and, after selection guided by inclusion and exclusion criteria, analyzed the content of 10 works in light of Bardin, coming to the conclusion that there is a gap in the literature that relates biology and chemistry with musical knowledge in STEAM approaches. Aware of this, the authors created and described in detail the development of a proposal for teaching Molecular Biology using musical knowledge, all from the perspective of the STEAM method.
