Cultural policy on Federal Educational Institutions from Maranhão, Brazil

Abstract: the present paper contains a qualitative analysis towards Arts and Culture policies from Brazilian’s Federal Educational Institutions located in the State of Maranhão: the Federal University (UFMA) and Federal Institute (IFMA). Conclusions point to the particularities of cultural policies from each institution, discussing possible improvements.
