Currently, it is necessary to rethink the physical presence in academic activities due to the limitations imposed by COVID-19. The Faculty of Dentistry at the Federal University of Pelotas (FO-U-FPel) has several extension projects, including Endo Z, which fulfills an important social role by assisting patients in need of endodon-tic treatments. It also provides specialized training for dental gra-duates and dental surgeons. The objective of this study is to report the experience of remote activities of Endo Z during the 2020/1 semester of UFPel and demonstrate the importance of providing continuing education to dental students and professionals during the pandemic. In this context, since June 2020, Endo Z started its webseminars that are broadcasted live through its YouTube chan-nel every Wednesday during UFPel’s alternative calendar. There-fore, Endo Z continued to fulfill its social role, bringing continued education to the community through university extension during the current pandemic.
