CALL FOR PAPERS – HODIE 2025 ISSUE
MUSICA HODIE journal was created in the Graduate Program in Music of the School of Music and Performing Arts of the Federal University of Goiás and has been published continuously since December 2001 with two issues per year, transitioning to continuous publication in 2019. Its Editorial Board includes local, national, and international representatives. HODIE is indexed in SCOPUS, RILM - International Repertory of Music Literature, Arts & Humanities Index, EBSCO, and GOOGLE SCHOLAR, holding the CAPES-Qualis A classification.
The journal aims to encourage scientific and artistic production in Music, particularly exploring the processes of musical creation in compositional and performative dimensions, theoretical reflections on music as an object of knowledge, critique, and education, and interdisciplinary studies on music neuroscience and music therapy. Contributions engaging cultural history, sociology, anthropology, philosophy, and pedagogy are welcome, especially those aligned with the Graduate Program in Music's research focus at UFG.
