About the Journal

Hawò is a biannual journal published by the Anthropological Museum of the Federal University of Goiás. Its mission is to promote and disseminate the scientific production carried out by researchers from nationally and internationally recognized institutions that will contribute to the generation, preservation and diffusion of new knowledge in areas related to Social and Cultural Anthropology, Biological Anthropology, Archeology, Ethnolinguistic, Museology, Popular Art and Culture, Cultural Heritage, Education and Ethno-History, in their interdisciplinary character.

 Session Policies

Hawò accepts submissions in the form of unpublished articles from original research based on empirical or theoretical data using scientific methodology, book reviews published no more than five years before the date of publication. text, interviews, essays, thematic dossiers related to their area of expertise and translations.

Languages

The journal accepts articles in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French.
