“Pode até ser lésbica, mas precisa escrever essa palavra?”: uma revisão sobre produções acadêmico-científicas sobre lesbianidades e Educação Física

This manuscript aimed to search and present scientific productions that address lesbianities in scientific journals in the Physical Education area of knowledge. We propose to select scientific journals whose scope clearly relates to the PE. After choosing the Journals (Qualis Capes A1 to B4), we searched for productions with the descriptors “Lesbian/s; Lesbianity/ies; Lesbophobia/s; Sapatão/Dyke; Lesbianism.” In 34 scientific journals selected, we found only 4 scientific productions whose theme refers to lesbianities. Despite growing efforts and interest in channeling lesbian thought as a production practice of feminist movements, theoretical productions/ethical-political projects conceived by lesbian authors and/or researchers, occupy a timid space in the process of knowledge production in Physical Education.
