This article aims to present the perceptions of teachers participating in continuing education regarding the uses of DICT in Physical Education classes, taking into account their experiences and previous/daily experiences in the classroom. To achieve this objective, the theoretical-methodological assumption of collaborative research was used. As a training activity, a mental map was created, structured around two axes: negative points and positive points. Each axis is composed of three syntheses. The teachers' perceptions tend towards the idea that the uses of DICT can be both beneficial (Interaction/Meaning/Innovation) and harmful (Dispersion/Distraction/Difficulty in Controlling). Therefore, the uses of DICT were perceived as being ambivalent.
