Abstract

We aimed to analyze the scientific production related to Physical Education and the Expanded Family Health Centers from 2010 to 2021, considering the policy principles of this fundamental service of Brazilian Public Health. 16 articles were included. The production demonstrates that work is central to the curative, mechanistic and biomedical conception and, therefore, there are gaps in the implementation of interdisciplinarity, matrix support, the expanded clinic and the therapeutic project, especially because multidisciplinary work requires not only tenacity and willpower of health professionals, but also planning and organization with a view to considering the health needs of users and the diversity of contexts in the territories
