To evidence the barriers and facilitators perceived by 11 floorball practitioners (6 athletes and 5 managers) for the practice and dissemination of floorball, the Collective Subject Discourse (CSD) technique was used. The results obtained evidenced facts perceived simultaneously as barriers and facilitators: feelings, socialization, health, competition and knowledge. Barriers were equipment, space, engagement, time availability, personal finances, incentive policies and player position. Facilitators were the sport dynamic, performance and expansion. The factors are linked to each other, and they can mean a minimization or maximization of adherence or abandonment of the practice.
