Dimensions for an articulation of Coaching Philosophies’

It is sufficiently stated in the literature that the articulation of Coaching Philosophies is an a priori task, that precedes the practice and that allows to clarify it. Likewise, it is also stated that articulating clear and definitive philosophies is an essential step for coaching practice. But a look born from the pedagogical pair experience/meaning can shake part of these assumptions, since the knowledge of experience is linked to existence and that existence is impure, transitory, elusive. This essay intends to present some important considerations for the articulation of Coaching Philosophies from the pedagogical pair experience/meaning, going beyond some of the premises currently established.
