Abstract

The author argues that the new technologies should pronounce themselves as support of an educational communication more diversified, through the use of varied formats, languages and channels of production and circulation of knowledge. On the other hand, they should also constitute themselves in object o£ analysis, through processes of investigation of their effects, uses and cultural representations, but, above ali, through the definition of strategies of education of the audiences, with the objective ofr forming speakers qualified for a reception and multiple, selective and criticai communicative production.
