GROWTH ANALYSIS OF TANZANIA GRASS DIFFERENT SISTEMS CROPPIN WITH LEGUMES

This work aimed to evaluate the effect of the competition in the growth of the forage grasses Panicum maximum to Tanzânia cv. and two legumies forages Stylosanthes guianensis cv. Mineirão and Neonotonia wightii cv. Common, in the single and mixed crop systems. The experiment was carried out in a randomized block design with four replications and the treatments were: Tanzânia grass in a single crop system; Tanzânia grass in a mixed crop system with the Perennial Soy and Tanzânia grass in a mixed crop system with Stilozantes. Considering that maximum TCC (kg.ha-1.dia-1) of Tanzânia they were obtained 84 DAE, to leaf area index (IAF) observed in this same date correspond to great IAF. What demonstrates that the mixed crop didn’t affect the cycle of the grass, but yes in what it’s refers to the values obtained for TCC and IAF. The low value observed for Tanzania in the mixed crop with Perennial Soy evidences the effect of mutual inhibition. This way, in relation to TCC and MS, the low values observed to Tanzania in the mixed crop with Perennial Soy suggest suppress effect, promoted by this leguminous plant forage.
