Diversidade Sexual e Inclusão Social: Violência Homofóbica na Permanência de Travestis em Domínios Formais da Educação

This work aims to analyze the speeches of school administrators about the permanence of transsexual and transvestite students in the domains of formal education. The Theoretical Foundation of this study is housed in the interface between Human Rights (HR) and French Discourse Analysis (DA), considering that the discursive projections were analyzed from an interdisciplinary perspective. The research methodology is based on a qualitative treatment survey, as the development of the analyzes considered intersubjective aspects as motivators of the unfolding of meanings. The results reveal the disjunction between access and permanence from the perspective of HR, characterizing a strong content of homophobic violence in school domains.
