This study aims to present some reflections about school education offer in prison environment, in the light of the inclusive perspective and from a contextualized analysis of the narratives of the teachers of the Female Prison Unit (UPF) of Pedro Afonso, state of Tocantins, from 2018 to 2020. The method proposed by oral history supported the case study on screen, whose data collection instruments were observation and semi-structured interview, with the four teachers who work exclusively in the research place. We focus on initial and continuing education as a category of analysis, under the aegis of the inclusive perspective. The results showed that the education offered at Pedro Afonso's UPF faces numerous challenges, both in the pedagogical and political spheres, as it is urgent to consolidate a curricular proposal that responds to the educational needs of students in prison, as well as the offering specific training for teachers who have the prison as their work and support space.
