This paper condenses the record of an educational practice based on embodied geography, linking approaches and conceptions of the body as a geographical space through the creation of characters. The activity took place in the QuilomBonja Project at EMEF Nossa Senhora de Fátima in the Bom Jesus neighborhood, in Porto Alegre, RS, sharing experiences with young people from the public school. Our main goal was to relate the students' experiences and their biographization, based on their embodied spatial experiences, in order to develop characters that fostered their knowledge, discussing issues from their daily lives. As our methodology, we applied the (auto)biography with the auto(hetero)biographical approach proposed by Abrahão (2023). Based on the results, we can provisionally conclude that the creation of characters and the narratives that we fostered with the students triggered pedagogical experiences and expertise, allowing for the rework of the associative character between body and space, from the imaginary of young schoolchildren to the creation of an interactive spatial product that constitutes an embodied geography.
