This writing to interpret some notions treated by Fernando Molano in the novel Vista desde una acera (2012) from the categories of cultural dialectics, subjectivities and individual perception in the social construction of human space. Therefore, the content of the novel is interpreted as a manifestation of the author's life story that unfolds the subjective construction of identity in social and cultural tension in the exercise of human activity with space. This look refers to the description of everyday life and sensitivity, making it possible to understand the individual and interpretive construction of social and spatial reality within the framework of the geography of perception. In this way, the novel is presented, as the sensitivity and daily activity of the individual prevail and that, finally, is related to the proposal of education for the heteronomy of life (spontaneity and difference) as a manifestation of a critical pedagogy.
