AS PESQUISAS EM ENSINO DE GEOGRAFIA NO BRASIL: PARA ONDE DEVEMOS IR?

This article intends to stimulate reflection on the knowledge produced in the area of Geography teaching in Brazil and, at the same time, question the extent to which these productions have an 'exogenous' effect, that is, they also contribute to generate changes of conceptions by those who investigate other fields of geographic science. We emphasize the need to publish our studies based on an in-depth knowledge and indicate, from the database research, which paths can be presented that allow us to think about a connection between the philosophical principles of teaching, Geography and actions derived from this relationship. The research was based on the ERIC (Education Resources Information Center) database and we present the trends pointed out by the productions in the last 8 years.
