This paper gathers contributions which seek to demonstrate that the phenomenon of memory deixis can arouse in the reader a sensation that the use of demonstrative pronouns is not related thematically to the previous portion that breaks its own referential continuity. As the processing of information in a referent object is focused on the memory demonstrative field, it often occurs an immediate reactivation of macrorepresentations. Thus, we have verified that this deictic type, in addition to condensing both the existing local situation and the projected situation at the same time, it points to other discursive dimensions in the course of textuality itself.Downloads
