Satisfação quanto à consulta pré-natal após a implantação do programa de interiorização do trabalho em saúde

Estudo descritivo-exploratório, com abordagem qualitativa, realizado nos municípios de Axixá do
Tocantins, Praia Norte e Sítio Novo do Tocantins, que objetivou analisar a satisfação das gestantes em relação ao
atendimento durante as consultas de pré-natal após a implantação do Programa de Interiorização do Trabalho em
Saúde - PITS nesses municípios, bem como verificar os fatores intervenientes na adesão ao pré-natal. Os dados
foram coletados junto a 30 gestantes, através de questionários, durante o período de julho a agosto de 2003. Os
resultados revelaram que 50% das entrevistadas não encontram dificuldades para consultar, enquanto que 26,67%
citaram, como dificuldade, a realização de exames em outro município. Quanto às facilidades, o atendimento
humanizado e o fácil acesso à consulta foram informados pela maioria das usuárias como os elementos positivos
ao atendimento. Concluiu-se, portanto, que após a implantação do PITS a população assistida pelas equipes
mostraram-se satisfeitas com a qualidade do atendimento prestado nos municípios.
