Abstract

The experience report below, in addition to presenting the university extension project "TOM - Laboratory of Communication Practices and Dissemination for Culture", aims to identify the guidelines that should guide the formulation and implementation of university extension actions, provided in the National University Extension Policy (2012). Thus, from the perspective of the project coordinator and vice coordinator, also members of the team responsible for the development of the publication and authors of this text, we describe and analyze the process of creation and production of the fifth edition of the TOM Portfolio of  Essays of the Federal University of Paraná, entitled “Transits in Verbs – Languages of Que(r)er”, identifying the actors involved in each stage of work, and then verifying how the dialogue was established with the guidelines defined in the National Extension Plan. The result shows that, to some extent, all the guidelines were included in the proposal for this issue of the Portfolio.
