Abstract
Na cidade de Goiânia, durante a ensolarada e calorenta tarde domingueira de 13 de setembro de 1987, dois sucateiros Roberto Santos Alves e Wagner Mota Pereira dirigiram-se às ruínas de um prédio situado entre as Avenidas Tocantins e Paranaíba, no centro da cidade, onde funcionara uma clínica de radioterapia, visando retirar do local um equipamento abandonado.
