A MEMÓRIA CONSÚLTIL E A GOIANIDADE
Abstract
Talvez seja da humana natureza construir-se de mitos e de mistificações.
Essa parte ilusionária responde talvez pelo melhor e pelo pior que a
diversificada natureza do homem e de sua civilização realizaram na
História.
A disciplina da História deveria unificar tudo isso, ao real e ao
imaginário histórico, mas não pode fazê-lo porquanto as auto-imagens
ou os auto-estereótipos são indescoláveis da natureza humana e o homem é incapaz de ver-se sem isso. Às vezes cogitamos se a lembrança da História não é insuportável ao homem. (Continua...)
