This research approaches the affirmative actions. In more specific terms, it deals with the addressingof quotas to Afro-Descendents in Brazilian public universities,in concordance to social and juridical perspectives. It has investigated the hypothesis that the affirmativeactions of such sort have contributed simultaneously tothe diminishing of racism and social unequally betweenwhite and black people. The affirmative actions are in harmony(perspective) to the principle of equality assured byBrazil’s Federal Constitution. This paper is a descriptiveexploited research, however given emphasis to the bibliographicalcharacter. The detected results allow to affirmthat the affirmative actions of quotas addressed to Afro-Descendents in the Brazilian public universities are inperspective (harmony) with the principles of equality, andcontribute to the social inclusion of the black people inthe Brazilian public graduated teaching (schools).Downloads
