Abstract

Abstract: The insertion of the business sector into digital business models is a development requirement. The study addresses the distinctive elements of the so-called digital economy and its main legal requirements that are analyzed with respect to the Cuban legal system in order to identify opportunities and challenges that the digital agenda has to manage to favor the performance of the company in the context of digital convergence, disruptive technologies and changes of legal paradigms.
