Trata-se de um estudo das relações de clientelismo e de cidadania na constituição do ensino municipal de Goiânia. A autora busca identificar o público ao qual se destina a criação de escolas e o tipo de relação desenvolvido entre esse público e as autoridades. Constatada a presença desse interlocutor - quase imperceptível numa primeira leitura dos documentos -, parte-se para entender sua postura tendo, para isto, remontado ao processo de constituição da sociedade brasileira que tem propiciado a sobrevivência de relações clientelísticas que emperram o avanço da cidadania.Downloads
