A Infância dos pobres no Brasil da modernidade

No presente texto apresento algumas reflexões sobre a institucionalização de práticas sociais no campo da chamada proteção social para crianças e adolescentes pobres e sobre o processo de reconhecimento social que essas práticas produzem. Saliento dois eixos de proteção: um destinado aos abandonados, e outro, aos delinquentes. A esses eixos, apresento duas perspectivas de reconhecimento que se nutrem na culpabilização e na criminalização dos pobres.Downloads
