Abstract

In this present article, my objective was to describe my experiences as aProfessor in Didactics, Practical History Teaching and also in Supervised Practice inHistory at the Federal University of Goiás. For such, I discoursed on the proposals onthe History teaching in the last years, such as the distance between the university andthe school, the knowledge production, the didactic book, the thematic axle and the useof diff erent languages used in History teaching. At last, I pointed out four diff erent axlesthat guide History Teaching, the study of possible problems, the historical concepts, therelation between the past and the present, and the student's skills to be developed.
