Grupos de escuta com o professorado de Educação Física: uma possibilidade de acolhimento e de formação continuada

This theoretical essay on the teaching malaise of Physical Education teachers aims to: (i) present and reflect on the Listening Group as a possible welcoming initiative and alternative for the continuing education of Physical Education teachers; (ii) present and analyze the findings that research has found when developing these groups with teachers; and (iii) make connections between Psychoanalysis and Education as a possible way of understanding the teaching malaise of Physical Education teachers. The connections between Psychoanalysis and Education allowed the understanding that Listening Groups for teachers can be important moments of sharing with others, promoting effects in the reduction of malaise.
